A Note From Our Little Girl...

Below is a note that Chun Yan brailled in English and then it was printed for her us and her sponsers. She knows she has a forever family, but until all of our paperwork is in China, we cannot have direct contact with her. Once our paperwork is there we will able skype with her every week. We can't wait... Until then, these great notes will suffice. Here English is great, don't you think...

Hello, We have 35 kids coming here. The children are French. They are camping here and they will stay 5 days with us. We played many games and basketball. We also helped them with cooking. Yesterday evening, we made a big fire and we looked at it all night. We had a lot of fun and we have less class! I had my birthday in February. It was very funny. I got some new clothes. Andrea gave me a Mickey Mouse. On June 6th, we will play Cinderella. Every girl and boy has their costume. Mine is white with flowers (see picture on the right). I will play one of the step-sisters. It is Yuan Yuan who will play Cinderella. We are learning the song. Wednesday, we went to a park and we went inside of a big ball. The ball can float on the water. It was very funny, Good Bye.

Chun Yan

Her English is awesome. I work to teach high schoolers to say "hello my name is...and I like chicken" in Spanish and they fight it! :)
what a talented, smart girl!
